Good
Spa area was lovely & clean really enjoyed it. Bar & restaurant are really good, food was great & all the staff are warm & welcoming!!
We stayed in room 5 it was beautifully clean but quite run down, massive stain on carpet, most of the walls had big marks on them, front of the bath board is rotten & seal on shower screen moldy. Our stay was only let down by the room. For the price we expected the room to be better

Very relaxing stay. Atmosphere of the whole hotel is very relaxed and peaceful - just what I needed.
All staff were very friendly and polite. Temperature in the room was great and the facilities inside the room were also appreciated. Bedding was very comfortable and addition of robes and slippers was lovely. Breakfast was lovely - great selection and cooked really well
Room was lovely but rubber rims in the shower need replacing as they are dirty. Although breakfast was lovely I didn't like the fact you had to pay extra for things such as avocado etc were not what I would expect when paying over £15 anyway.

Excellent location. Excellent service on arrival. Lovely surroundings. Breakfast was excellent. And the lady (Louise i think it was) was lovely and welcoming.

Comfortable stay with great facilities.
Fantastic pool, gym, sauna and spa facilities. Perfect for rainy days! The room was comfortable with a wonderful view of the garden. There was a nicely fitted en-suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. Robes and slippers are supplied as well as tea, coffee and biscuits.
The kettle needed updating and some of the sockets were unreliable.
